this is a pittsburgh-based music blog that covers everything from folk to hip hop, alternative, dance, and pop.  the squeaker is meant for all you listeners to enjoy new and old artists.  come here for playlists, artists to look out for, or just to say 'hi' to another music lover.

the squeaker box was developed entirely on the mere fact that i'm constantly being asked for music:

"got any new playlists?" 
"who are you listening to right now?" 
"what's that song you played while we were coming from...?"

i love getting asked these questions, but i have found it hard to actually give the music to the appropriate people.  the squeaker box is my solution.
